We had 8 people and we had so much space it never felt like we were on top of each other. Highly recommend for large groups! The entire house was also extremely clean!

We had the most wonderful stay in Portland! Steve and Kristen could not have been kinder, more communicative or responsive to any question or concern. The air bnb is in a quiet neighborhood and is an enjoyable walk to Old Port. I would highly recommend staying here
We stayed here with a group of girls and it was perfect! The main downtown area is a short uber away and there are a few places close by you can walk to (tandem coffee was our fave!) plenty of space for big dinners and hanging out outside as well! Around the corner there’s a beautiful overlook and the neighborhood is insanely gorgeous. Would highly recommend

Great house! Really nice quiet location even being across from the main hospital. Very walkable to the downtown strip and other activities. This was perfect house for us on this trip. The house was well maintained, spacious, and very comfortable. We all loved how great the beds were and slept great.
We had a wonderful family reunion weekend in Portland. The location is fabulous, the house is perfect for large gatherings. Everyone agreed it was the perfect spot!

We had the best time at this Air BnB. It is extremely difficult to find a large rental in Portland and this was the perfect spot. Steve and Kristen were responsive and Kristen even made sure we had fresh towels throughout the stay. Would recommend them any time! Did I mention the house has 3 parking spots AND a garage! Impossible to find in Portland
Beautiful historic home with very well-appointed kitchen and comfortable and spacious bedrooms. Easily walkable to Congress St and all downtown Portland has to offer!
Everything was great. Close to stores for groceries.Unusual hot weather for the area from what I understand.Had to run AC nonstop though.Only issue was 3rd floor bedrooms AC was not a wall AC and didn’t cool down enough.Our granddaughters had to move a mattress to a cooler room at night to be able to sleep.Overall it was a great place for our large group to enjoy a family vacation together.
Our extended family was in Portland for a wedding. The house easily accommodated my husband and myself, our three adult daughters, one husband and three grandchildren. It was very spacious and well equipped. Parking was fine. The neighborhood was great for early morning walks/jogs. It was a pleasant walk to a local brewery and also to a delicious restaurant. Overall, a very positive experience.
We had a pretty big group-6 adults and 4 teens. The house was spacious with lots of sleeping rooms and located across from the western promenade, walkable to town locations and Tandem (yum). Great house we definitely come back!!
We had a lovely stay in a beautiful well appointed home. It was conveniently located and even though we had three cars – it worked out great. It’s a beautiful historic old home, and it was clean and spacious. While we didn’t spend much time there - when we were there, it was very comfortable for all 12 of us.
The house is very conducive to large family gatherings! We had a wonderful time sitting around the large dining room table for hours.
This home had lots of character, was very clean, and perfect for our larger group! The location was great and walkable to coffee shops and restaurants. Would definitely recommend!
This home is spacious and has lots of amenities. It has charm and beautiful details. The kitchen is well-appointed, with two refrigerators and one oven and an induction cooktop (we could have used two ovens as we were there over Thanksgiving but we made it work!). Nice that there are two available parking spots in the detached garage. Our hosts were very responsive and accommodating, both before and during our stay, even bringing us a couple of extra dishtowels on Thanksgiving morning. This is a great place for a large group, though guests should be prepared that all of the full bathrooms and all but one bedroom require climbing one or two flights of stairs.
We had six couples (and a 4 month old baby!) stay at this property for my husband‘s birthday. We all had ample space and the property is incredibly clean. We walked to several great restaurants and bars and the parking instructions were incredibly helpful as we had multiple cars. Thank you so much for making the stay so enjoyable!
Great house and was very accommodating to our large family! I would have liked to have given it a higher score overall, but I felt for a $500 cleaning fee, there shouldn’t be cobwebs behind the doors, and dust on the windowsills. Also, when I had first arrived, I was disappointed to see a ripped curtain on the front door. Also being that we were a large family, we needed to use the third floor, and there were no curtains or blinds on the windows, especially considering there are large buildings and houses so close! We had to cover some of the windows ourselves!

This home was perfect for my colleagues to stay. It was spacious and comfortable.Top of the line appliances, comfortable accommodations. Hosts were responsive with any questions and easy check in. Very clean. I highly recommend this property.
